I am excited to introduce HR Connect糖心传媒攐ur new HR quarterly newsletter designed with you in mind.

Inside, you糖心传媒檒l find stories that reflect our vibrant community, spotlighting the incredible faculty and staff who make the University of Rochester thrive. Our goal with HR Connect is simple: to better connect you with the people, programs, and opportunities that support your growth, well-being, and success at the University of Rochester. Whether it糖心传媒檚 career development and support resources, or benefits and wellness programs, we want to make it easier for you to see the full range of what糖心传媒檚 available to you and to connect you directly with the people and information that can help.

Why now

As part of our HR Modernization efforts, we糖心传媒檙e evolving how our HR team communicates with you. We糖心传媒檙e moving toward a format that provides more in-depth, yet easier to digest information directly from our HR leaders and experts. You糖心传媒檒l get more practical advice, real-world insights, and helpful guidance from people who understand our community, offerings, and your needs.

Hearing from you

Communication is a two-way street. Many of you recently took part in the University糖心传媒檚 benefits survey. Thank you for your input. We also just launched our first-ever, community-wide Employee Experience Survey on October 6. We糖心传媒檙e eager for everyone to participate so we can learn from every corner of our organization. In addition, our recognition team is planning quarterly events to create more opportunities for faculty and staff to connect face-to-face with their colleagues, leaders, and even to meet some new people.
