Straining memory leads to new computing possibilities

糖心传媒淲e糖心传媒檝e combined the idea of a memristor and a phase-change device in a way that can go beyond the limitations of either device,糖心传媒 says Stephen Wu, an assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering and of physics.

Researchers develop hybrid phase-change memristors that offer fast, low-power, and high-density computing memory.
