The Final Frontier: Translating Sci-Fi & Fantasy with Georges-Olivier Ch芒teaureynaud
On June 20, 2011 Small Beer Press was delighted to announce their winners for their inaugural Science Fiction & Fantasy Translation “Award.糖心传媒�:http://tinyurl.com/3wpflje This year糖心传媒檚 long-form award went to celebrated short story writer Georges-Olivier Ch芒teaureynaud, author of the winning book A Life on Paper: Stories .
A Life on Paper: Stories , translated by Edward Gauvin and published by Small Beer Press, was also a finalist for the and is the author糖心传媒檚 first book to be published in English, containing twenty-three stories and a foreword by Brian Evenson. Selections of these stories have been printed in Words Without Borders, Joyland, the Harvard Review, and Agni. The awards were given to the winners at the 2011 Eurocon in Stockholm.
