Area of Focus:聽Middle/High School Math
Marty Clarke has taught high school math in Boston since 2015 at all聽grade levels. He is currently the department chair at Boston Collegiate Charter聽School and works coaching teachers in grades 5-12. He has worked as the lead writer of an Algebra I curriculum and was a featured educator in PBS Learning Media’s聽series about perseverance聽in the math classroom. He believes that all students have brilliance聽to share and that enduring understanding only comes when student聽thinking is central聽to math classes.
