In response, the federal government has enacted new laws, regulations, and funding terms and conditions that establish research security program requirements for institutions like the University of Rochester. These include new training mandates, researcher disclosure obligations, and the prohibition of some activities with certain non-U.S. entities.<\/p>\n<p>Here you will find key information and guidance to help the University community understand and comply with evolving research security requirements. The goal of these resources is to support secure, transparent international collaboration that upholds both research integrity and academic freedom, while keeping researchers and our institution safe. These materials will be updated regularly as federal policies continue to evolve.
