In this session, you will learn about the University Counseling Center\u2019s approach to care, which includes an individualized assessment and a comprehensive treatment plan to address each student\u2019s unique needs and concerns. You\u2019ll also learn how the University Health Service Health Promotion Office supports students\u2019 mental well-being through the UR Connected peer coaching program, mindfulness workshops, and yoga classes.
