It is very important to identify and make time for friends, colleagues and safe corners in your lives where you can just \u201cbe\u201d and rest and have moments of joy.\u00a0 The leaves are changing.\u00a0 We are also here for you.\r\n\r\nThe UCC staff are here to provide support, assessment, and resources for coping with academic and personal struggles. We offer Initial Assessment meetings with an individualized treatment plan for every person.
