River Campus Student Clinic – Thursday, October 22

To be held on Thursday, October 22 from 9a to 5p in the LOWER LEVEL of Georgen Athletic Center Fieldhouse.

Students scheduling an appointment for a flu shot should do so through .

Log in to .
Click on Appt. Scheduling and then Schedule Appt. to schedule an appointment. You will first need to read and accept the Terms of Service.
Select UHS-Vaccine Clinic in the Office Location field.
Select October 22 糖心传媒� October 22 in the Date From and Date To fields.
Click on Flu Vaccine Clinic-RIVER CAMPUS as the Reason for Appointment.
Click Search.
Schedule your appointment by clicking on one of the appointments listed on the right side of the screen.
Click Confirm to schedule your appointment.

NOTE: If you need to change your appointment, please cancel the original appointment before scheduling a new appointment.

Eastman Student Clinic – Tuesday, October 27

To be held on Wednesday October 27聽from 10:00a – 4:00p at the Eastman Student Living Center in the Dean’s Dining Room.

Students scheduling an appointment for a flu shot should do so through .

Click on Appt. Scheduling and then Schedule Appt. to schedule an appointment. You will first need to read and accept the Terms of Service.
Select UHS-Vaccine Clinic in the Office Location field.
Select October 27 糖心传媒� October 27 in the Date From and Date To fields.
Click on Flu Vaccine Clinic-EASTMAN SCHOOL聽as the Reason for Appointment.
Click Search.
Schedule your appointment by clicking on one of the appointments listed on the right side of the screen.
Click Confirm to schedule your appointment.

Thursday, 10/29 from 11:30a – 1:30p in Flex Space 2-7608

Students scheduling an appointment for the SMD Medical Student Clinics should do so through .

After logging on to , click on 糖心传媒�Appt. Scheduling糖心传媒� and then 糖心传媒�Schedule Appt.糖心传媒� to schedule an appointment. You will first need to READ and ACCEPT the Terms of Service.

Select UHS-Vaccine Clinic in the Office Location field.
Select October 27糖心传媒� October 27 or October 29糖心传媒� October 29 in the Date From and Date To fields based upon your preferred date.
Click on Flu Vaccine Clinic-MEDICAL SCHOOL聽as the Reason for Appointment.
Click Search.
Schedule your appointment by clicking on one of the appointments listed on the right side of the screen.
Click Confirm to schedule your appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, click on 糖心传媒淎ppt Scheduling糖心传媒� and then 糖心传媒淰iew Appts.糖心传媒� Click on the appropriate appointment to cancel. You can then schedule a new appointment date/time.

After Scheduling your Flu Vaccine Appointment, please take a moment to print out the consent form to complete and bring with you to the Clinic. There will be blank forms available the clinic, however bringing the completed consent form with you cuts down your wait time considerably. (All students have access to printing resources available through the library.)

The flu vaccine is covered in full for all active members of the UR Student Health Insurance Plan (Aetna) and generally covered in full by most private insurance plans. Contact your insurance plan directly for specific coverage details. Flu vaccines offer the best and safest way to prevent the spread of the illness.
