Change in reporting for the Office of Civil Rights Compliance and Title IX

Effective August 1, the Office for Civil Rights Compliance and Title IX has moved from reporting to the Office of University Engagement and Enrichment (OEE) to the Office of Human Resources.

The shift in reporting will build upon the strong foundation and values-driven approach built by OEE, and allows for greater coordination between formal processes and policies that are the foundation of the Civil Rights Compliance Team糖心传媒檚 handling of PADH reports alleging prohibited conduct and the alternative dispute resolution processes that are currently facilitated by Human Resources.

The change also positions the work of OEE, under the continued leadership of Vice President Adrienne Morgan, to have greater focus on education and program development to continue to advance institutional efforts toward a culture of engagement and enrichment.
