The principal purpose of the performance evaluation is to provide two-way communication between a supervisor and an employee about the individual's work performance and to establish goals for the upcoming year.

Employment of Foreign Nationals

The University will not knowingly employ or continue to employ persons who do not meet the requirements of federal laws pertaining to immigration and naturalization. Further, all employees must complete the U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Service糖心传媒檚 (USCIS) Employment Eligibility Verification, Form I-9, as per USCIS guidelines.
