Fiscal 2025 Report<\/h2>","content":"Report on Investment Performance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOn June 30, 2025, the unaudited market value of the University of Rochester\u2019s\r\nLong Term Investment Pool (\u201cLTIP\u201d) was $3.8 billion. Performance for the fiscal\r\nyear ended June 30, 2025 was 12.0%, net of all fees and expenses, compared to\r\nthe benchmark performance of 14.1%. The LTIP\u2019s return was 10.4% net annualized\r\nfor the most recent five years, which was among the LTIP\u2019s highest five-year\r\nreturns. The benchmark returned 11.3% annualized for the five years and was\r\nheavily influenced by the outsized market capitalization of the \u201cMagnificent 7\u201d\r\nin the benchmark. The estimated performance of the LTIP was 8.2% annualized for\r\nthe past decade, versus 8.6% for the benchmark.
