Programs with Minors
Any student organization hosting a program with minors should inform their advisor and .
If ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ students will be hosting or attending an event off-campus where there are minors, but parents/school teachers are present, no forms are needed unless the sponsoring agency requires them. If parent/school teachers are not present, ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ students need to work with the Student Activities Office 90 days in advance of the event to fill out the Central Registry of events with minors through the Provost’s Office.
If ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ students will be working with minors on campus and the minors' parents/school teachers will not be present, ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ students must complete various background checks. All participating members must work with Student Activities Office to fill out appropriate paperwork.
ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ students serving as event managers must provide a full roster of all ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ student participants.
